Frequently Asked Questions

List of 5 items.

  • Can I meet with other members of the community while I'm there?

If you're interested in meeting a faculty member or coach related to your son's interests (i.e. an academic department chair, a coach, director of art and theater programs, etc.), please let us know. If schedules allow, you may have the opportunity to connect with those individuals while you are here on campus.
  • Can I visit campus even though I haven't started an application?

Yes! If you've already started an application or are just beginning your high school search, a visit to campus is always encouraged and welcomed.
  • Do I have to interview while I'm on campus?

Interviews are not required. Many boys like to interview while they are here on campus for their tour, but you're welcome to schedule a virtual interview at a later date once you've visited Woodberry.
  • What should I wear?

We encourage boys to wear what we refer to as "classroom attire" - polo or button down shirt, khaki pants or shorts, a belt, and close-toed shoes (tennis shoes are ok). Ultimately, we encourage you to come in what you are most comfortable in.
  • When is the best time to visit?

We are happy to have you on campus at any time. Some families prefer to visit when they can catch a sporting event or participate in a big weekend like our Episcopal High School rivalry weekend.
Please note that our fall visit calendar fills up quickly so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible once you've found a weekend that will work for you.
